AIC put environmental sustainability into our company goal. We commit ourselves not only to provide products with high quality but also to reinforce lean production to minimize the environmental impacts. Management systems are in place to optimize energy utilization rate, raise production efficiency, recycle resources, control possible environmental pollutions and continually minimize carbon emissions.  

Employee Health and Safety Policy
AIC follows labor related laws and regulations to provide a safe working environment for our employees. Trainings of workplace safety and health examinations are taken places to ensure employees well recognize their rights and obligations of workspace safety and to lower the risk of occupational injuries.

Management and Governance Policy
ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems are the cores of AIC internal control systems. We implement these systems to conduct daily operations from company governance to communications to internal and external stakeholders.

RBA Policy
AIC is in comply with RBA Code of Conduct and is abide by all related rules and regulations. We provide a safe and respectful working environment to all employees. We require our suppliers to have highest standards of social, environment and morality; and employees of our supplies are also treated with respect and dignity.

Responsible Sourcing of Minerals Policy
AIC is complied with laws and regulations regarding Responsible Sourcing of Minerals, specifically the Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. AIC is committed not to purchase raw materials, subassemblies, or supplies which we know contain conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries to avoid using minerals mined and sold in war-torn regions.
