Why do AIC motherboards show “The Boot type is changed from Legacy Boot Type to Dual Boot Type by other tools” while booting?
For users encounter such message while booting on AIC motherboards, it is due to the CMOS battery capacity is low to cause BIOS subject to return to default Dual Boot Type; however, the premise is the BIOS boot type has manually changed to Legacy boot mode or UEFI boot mode only.
It is recommend to check and measure the CMOS battery voltage and replace the CMOS battery if battery voltage is in low state. Normally, the CMOS battery voltage under 2.7V is considered low power.
