Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Source, analyze and validate business data to assess project development plans with references from marketing staff, customers and R&D engineers regarding design specs and industry prospects; analyze business feasibility by adequately defining project scope and detailed requirements; prepare and maintain project schedule and manage progress to achieve on-time deliveries; compile and track project issues and concerns, technology standpoint; conduct regular project team meetings and provide to management timely project status reports. Analyze project performance against budget and trends by reviewing key operating metrics for each project account. Assist in quality control and related after-sale service; suggest workable marketing incentives programs to achieve sales; manage detailed analysis reports and documentation in an easily retrievable system; review and follow up on commercial documents, bid proposals, and contracts. Evaluate, negotiate, and revise project contracts and/or commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly and other periodic reports;
  • Centralize, streamline and consolidate commercial information;
  • Maintain and organize accounting and financial records;

Business Manager-Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Assist companies in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Identify customer service trouble issue and ensure that a remedy was exercised in a timely manner for a satisfactory result.

ESG Product Manager

Responsibilities:

General

  • Overall responsibility for product marketing and business strategy for ESG product line, delivering product and pricing strategy that helps achieve the organization’s unit, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Detailed reporting of product performance vs. internal targets and market performance.

Product Operations

  • Work closely with Engineering, Productions, project management team to plan the product roadmap based on latest technologies to develop a monthly/quarterly product configuration strategy.

Pricing and Forecasting Analysis

  • Create and maintain pricing model incorporating most updated costs, mix forecast, competitive analysis, promotional spend and pricing actions.

Product Strategy and Competitive Analysis

  • Create weekly competitive pricing/feature analysis to track competitiveness in the market as it relates to direct competitors and channel strategy.

 

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
  • A mininum of five (5) years of directly applicable experience in the computer technology field and direct sales in addition to supervisory/management of personnel.
  • Pricing and forecasting experience required.

  • Familiarity of server/industrial computer architecture and market required.

Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer's technical issues related to server board, x86 system hardware and business processes.
  • Interface between customer for product supports and services and our internal R&D organization.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to Sales Managers through collaboration on account strategy and product demonstrations.
  • Manage customer issues to resolution by drawing on support resources from Engineering, Service, and Operation.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the sales teams to increase support services agreements sales.
  • Maintain a current understanding of emerging technologies and trends in server board and systems.
  • Performing weekly reports and to do lists tracking
  • Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Travel 20-30% of the time in the US and internationally

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and analyze data of the company's business lines of industrial computer products;
  2. Research and study competitors’ business lines, services, and pricing. Established company branding / image to differentiate between other similar competitors;
  3. Research and analyze client corporations’ business models, operations, and needs, in order to perform medium and long term distribution planning;
  4. Compare contract terms with actual results, identifies system and/or documentation errors resulting in inaccurate payment;
  5. Collect and study specific business policies, laws, and codes, and familiarize with relevant business procedures and practices in target regions or countries; and
  6. Prepare periodical and timely analytic reports so as to provide advisory opinions for the company’s business policies and strategies formulation and adjustment.

Responsibilities:

QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor QC inspection and data collection process and provide feasible improvement suggestions.
  • Investigate quality issues by working with QC supervisor, manufacturing contacts, Product Manager and any other involved personnel to figure out the root causes.
  • Prepare Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) upon customer requests; Issue SCARs and Failure Analysis Requests to vendors if necessary.
  • Issue Corrective Action Request (CAR) to vendors as a supplier quality management tool and work closely with vendors to improve incoming material quality.
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Database and continuously improve the database structure for easier access for all users.
  • Analyze failure data with typical quality control tools (Pareto chart, histogram, fishbone analysis, etc.) and provide key quality improvement solutions.
  • Conduct or attend quality meetings with manufacturing contacts (weekly) and customer representatives.
  • Act as liaison between factory and customers to address all quality issues and to present customers with factory’s feedback from a manufacturing perspective.
  • Perform IQC, IPQC, FQA, OBA and quality control related tasks.
