Available Positions

1. QA Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA department.
  • Ensure quality system consistently meets or exceeds customer requirements.
  • Initiate, implement, maintain and enhance proactive quality improvement activities to continuously improve manufacturing quality.
  • Maintain strong communication with customer’s QA team for daily quality issue solving.
  • Monitor and analyze process management plan, identify systematic problems and opportunities.
  • wrote quality manual, QA related procedure and work instructions.
  • Provide data to support management team for continuous QA improvement.
  • Plans required training for employee
  • Hold regular QA related meeting.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in E.E or QA management.
  • More than 5 years managerial experience in quality engineering or FA; server or storage product is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Control Charts, Workflow, Product Development Procedures and statistics knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve assigned results.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

2. Product Planner/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the disciplined and successful execution of all project phases from planning through production implementation.
  • Ability to understand company structure, how each department relates to the others and to the overall delivery of products.
  • Ensure project scope and requirements have been adequately defined.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule and manage progress to achieve on-time or earlier deliveries.
  • Compile and track project issues and concerns, ensure issues are surfaced in sufficient time to react from both business and technology standpoint.
  • Conduct project team meetings regularly to assess project status from all project members, and provide timely project status.
  • Maintain good communications with staff regarding all aspects of the project from project inception through to installation and closing.
  • Plan and coordinate all activities through out the implementation and provide administrative support for daily operational activities of their assigned projects.

Required Skills:

  • English/Chinese bilingual
  • More than 2 years computer industry or project management work experience
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, project management, computer science or related field
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: excel, word, outlook, visio, project, power point etc.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and responsiveness skill for both internal and external customers

3. RMA Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Customer/Vendor RMA Process
  • Oversee open RMA progress on daily basis
  • Issue RMA numbers and providing support on customer returning items
  • Manage RMA workflow and materials planning

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years related experience in computer related
  • Familiar with warehouse operations, including incoming and outgoing procedures
  • Ability to manage team work with cross-functional departments
  • Skill of documentations and ERP system.
  • Bilingual language communication in Mandarin and English is a plus.
