Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales Order entry and processing. Responsible to assist Field/ Outside Sales with processing sales request, collecting data, customer follow up, working with suppliers and processing return merchandise authorization. May need to communicate additional customer requests to Project Managers and Program Managers.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of MS-Office, other Microsoft applications is a plus. Strong written and communication skills.
Experience:
Prefer 2 years inside sales experience in computer industry. Working knowledge of ACCPAC is plus. Minimum 1 year inside sales experience is required.

IT Analyst
Responsibilities:
Design and develop computer product testing plans and coding testing; Develop information technologies strategies and procedures to test computer products and storage systems; Design, development and document the application system; Maintain, analyze and integrate the existing web-based applications and design new features; Test, analyze and tract software and computer system problems; Troubleshoot programs for applications on internet and client/server areas; Formulate and apply optimizing computer methods to design systems and procedures; Provide technical support; Maintain and modify database.

Program Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage all new product development schedules for major customers. Must collaborate with Project Managers and Business Managers to maintain product development schedule with factory. Will need to interface between company and customer, possibly attend Quarterly Business Reviews. Must be able to manage several projects/product development schedule simultaneously.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project. Strong communication skills, strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese Dialect is plus (mandarin specifically). Other languages also a plus.

Prefer 3-5 years Program Management Experience in computer hardware industry is a plus; Minimum 2 years program management experience required.

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage Development schedules of Products on a daily basis. Must have working knowledge/ familiarity of chassis/ enclosures, power supplies, and server motherboards. Must be able to multi-task, and will be called upon to manage several projects at the same time. Responsible for proper work instructions and maintenance of Engineering Change Control. Will need to interface between customers and factory to address all immediate and long term concerns.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project. Strong communication skills, strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese Dialect is plus (mandarin specifically). Other languages also a plus.
